Welcome to Dayanand Education Society’s Dayanand College of Pharmacy which was established in the year 2009 with the vision “To nurture the future pharmacists with a focused approach for overall professional development and excellence”. Our college is approved by DTE Maharashtra & PCI New Delhi, affiliated to MSBTE and Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded Maharashtra. The Dayanand College of Pharmacy offers Diploma, Degree & PG (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Pharmacology, and Regulatory Affairs) courses in Pharmacy.
The institute has a glorious standing of 14 years and continues to evolve as the most reputed Pharmacy College in the Marathwada region having the best instrumental facilities. The college has an excellent infrastructure with a sophisticated and ambient research atmosphere, international standards, and highly qualified and dedicated faculty and staff, who are committed to providing an outstanding educational experience to the students. Our faculty members published 102 papers in peer reviewed journals, 14 patents, and 14 books published and contributed by writing and publishing 6 chapters in different national and international books. We believe not only in academic excellence but also in the overall development of our students. With high moral values, our students blend professionalism and a sense of social responsibility to be recognized as obedient citizens of the country. It is a proud feeling to share that our students actively participate in various research and Innovative activities. As a outcome of these, we received 23 awards in extension activity, 13 awards in research and 60 awards in sports, and also our students represent SRTM University nationally.
Once the students have graduated in the field of pharmacy manifold options are available to them. They have pursued higher studies in the field of pharmacy/management (in India or abroad), joined the industry, hospital pharmacy, and clinical research. Several companies are visiting the campus for placements. The placement cell is in constant contact with the leading industries. I believe that any student of our institute will never face any difficulty in getting employment as well as the opportunity for higher studies.
We concentrate personally on students’ moral uprightness, scientific insight, and social commitment. “If a drop of water falls in a lake, there is no identity, but if it falls on a lotus it shines like a pearl, we need to choose the best place where we can shine.
