INDUSTRIAL TOUR REPORT-2017-18
- Dayanand Education Society’s Dayanand College of Pharmacy, Latur was organized industrial tour visit for the Third & final year student of Pharm at SAMI LABS, Bangalore. The visit was tour from campus to Bangalore and back. The visit was organized on Monday, Feb 05, 2018.

- 03 faculty members – Mr.Sayyad S.G, Mr.Waghmare R.S, Ms. Divan madam
- 01 Non-teaching staff- Sunil Role
- One bus of the campus was allotted for the said visit.
- We left for Latur at around 8.15 pm. We reached Bangalore at around 08.30 am where the breakfast was organized at hotel taiaba at Bangalore.
- After the breakfast we arrived at SAMI LABS at 11.00 am. At the unit, we were welcomed by Mr.Mahadev Nayak, Manager-Technical Marketing. He has shared a nice interaction about the experiences regarding profession.
- After the interaction students were divided in each 5 for the round in the unit. In this round students were taken through all departments of R&D and pilot plant facilities etc. The visit was so exciting and interactive that it took us around two and a half hours to just have a look on available facilities. At the end after coming out of the company, students individually thanked the officials for permitting them to visit such an exceptional pharmaceutical unit. They also appreciated the college for organizing such an event, which will help them decide their path towards success in future.
- With an expectation of more such industrial visits, the tour was comfortable and entertaining.
